I purchased this quite a while after release and have only just worn it now, so I’m not sure my review will be helpful at this point, but I wanted to leave a comment about the size.
I would say I’m around a UK22 on top and UK24 on bottom - plus-sized and pear-shaped. When I first started purchasing Zuri I went with 1X sizes but later decided to try XL for a neater fit. Everything has fit fine except for Whirligig, which is tighter across the chest. It isn’t terrible - I’m not sure you can even see how the fabric is pulled in the photo - but I definitely notice it when wearing.
I didn’t want to pay to return it as I live on the other side of the world, but I never reached for it because of this. However, I have a t-shirt in this shade of blue and black trousers so I tried that outfit with Whirligig in jacket mode. I’ve only ever worn Zuri closed as a dress but I liked it!
Looking at other reviews I’m not sure whether only the XL is smaller at the bust or only my specific dress came out smaller, but this is my experience.

Late to the party, so it’s a bit oversized on me, but I loved the pattern of this print. It is a fun design and blue is my favorite color. I like that it’s something I can wear for the Fourth of July, but it’s also able to be worn anytime as well. My size is medium, but I prefer a large for ease of movement and having a bit of extra room in the shoulders. I think my shoulders are a bit wider. This is an XL standard. I usually prefer a long because I’m 5’7”.

I love this pattern and this is one of my absolute fave Zuri dresses. I wear it regularly for work (facilitating) in corporate organisations but equally works brilliantly dressed down over a pair of jeans. It has retained it's colour over many washes.

Whirligig, with it's red, pink & blue pattern, reminds me of summers spent with my grandparents and great grandparents in a small town in Northern California. The toy whirligigs, the quilts on the beds, the kitchen curtains, Grandma's apron- all these childhood memories are resurrected when I look at Whirligig. I feel cozy, comfy, cared for and a bit corny when I wear this Zuri.
