I had not considered black and white Zuris - being a color lover - till I spotted Megabyte on a colleague. Suddenly I was fascinated by the combination of restrained color palette and cool jazziness of this design. I think I will wear it mostly as a duster with colored tops, shoes, and jewelry for more "lively" ensembles, and stay with the black and white tonality for the edgier look. As other Zuristas have noted, the diagonal flow of the pattern on the body of the dress and the vertical placement on the sleeves and closure panel add visual interest. The fabric is not soft, per se, but more "transparent" than other Zuris I have, which will make it perfect for Los Angeles living. Fun play ahead in and with this lovely addition to my collection.

So that caption is not my best work, but this dress is pretty fabulous. It might be a little bit more understated in the prints, but I lean towards the geometric graphics more than the florals and I think this one delivers the statement the geo prints go for. It’s a bit stiffer than some of the other dresses and it is a cream, not a white. But I literally throw this on and over pretty much anything and it gives a real dramatic pop to what I was wearing. And I do mean I’ve thrown it over everything — from leggings and sweatpants to jeans or a jumpsuit.
