I finally wore YOLO after having it for a while. I wore it at a work conference as a jacket and paired it with neutral-colored jewelry. Received lots of compliments!

So let’s start with the basics. The fits beautiful. It doesn’t have the arm issues that some of the dresses do and the fabric is soft yet with a little bit of stiffness that avoids wrinkling. The colors are vibrant and despite the sharp contrast there hasn’t been any noticeable bleeding. However, the colors are going to be difficult to work on a lot of different complexions. There is a very bright orange mixed with a very creamy yellow beige with a white/gray and then a super deep wine color so not everyone is going to be drawn to that pallet. Also, it’s a very busy print so you have to commit to the vibrancy of the color all over the dress with minimal visual resting space. Because of this, I can’t wear the dress solo. I really do need to break it up with tights or leggings, a simpler shoe or a sweater because otherwise it’s just way too much for me. I’m going to hold onto it through the summer though because I feel like this could be a fun Cooler night summer print or maybe great as a vacation go to dress given the fun island vibe.

YOLO is a Wonderful Bold Fall print. The fit is perfect and it is a great weight for the cooler Fall weather. I really enjoyed wearing this dress All Day from work to play!!!
