I often belt my Zuri’s, but this looked great unbelted. There are so many colors in it, that you can find many options for shoes or shirts underneath. A new favorite!

It seems that no matter how much my physician admonishes me about my blood glucose levels, I simply cannot resist a beautifully made bon-bon! And so it was with Sugarcoat- the moment I saw the vanilla base with the colorful swirls I was drawn to her!! For me, Sugarcoat is cheerful, upbeat, joyful, sweet- people smile when they see the pattern!! And I know it sounds crazy, but I imagine I am a giant bon-bon when I wear her....makes going to the grocery store a lot more fun!

I have a pretty hard and fast rule that I avoid getting anything with shades of brown in it because I’ve never looked good in it (except ONE dress). I loved the idea and pattern on Sugarcoat but hesitated because of the brown in the colorway. Then I saw it on a couple of people including a friend and colleague and it was a no brainer. The fabric is soft and drapes beautifully, and the pattern has so much movement. It’s a terrific execution of a colorway on a white background so it feels very fresh and effervescent. I know it’ll be my go-to all summer long.
