Rhapsody in Blue is so lovely! I thought when I first saw it that it would be only a summer dress, but paired with pants and boots it's actually the perfect antidote to a gray rainy February day. It's just the right mix of stiff and soft, so it actually feels kind of a like a hug from warmer climates. The deep royal blue is vibrant and eye-catching, and on my version, the lighter sections are a pale blue rather than a bright white. I love the horizontal pattern on the sleeves, too. If you're on the fence about this one - get it! I will make you smile.

Soft, flattering flow, looks super handmade with all of its perfect little imperfections. Absolutely love this one. I'm between sizes and got the bigger one (M), which seems like the right call with the softer dresses.

The feel of this fabric sets it apart. It is so soft and easy to wear. The blue color is rich and really flattering. Highly recommend and will buy more batiks!

I knew this dress was special the minute I touched the material and felt the softness of the fabric and took in the dyeing technique for myself. A friend asked recently if I'd worn it yet. I told her i was petting it like a cat for now and would wear it soon. This dress is art and makes me feel elegant. I attended an environmental conference wearing it for the first time and must have received 6 compliments before I hit the door. A young man said "the dress...the necklace..
supberb!" The softness. The way it drapes my body when i walk. The deep blue color. A winner!
