These aromatherapy rice sachets are the perfect stress reliever. Put a few drops of your favorite essential oils directly on the bag, and squeeze to release the scent. Freeze one to use as a cold compress for burns or sprains. Place in the microwave for a few seconds and it’s a healing treat for sore muscles. Keep one in your car for a soothing breath during traffic, or by your desk at work to encourage a peaceful day.
