Woven by India's oldest certified fair-trade artisanal weaving cooperative in West Bengal, these textiles are a dream! Each fabric is a hand-loomed blend of cotton and linen. We chose this blend for two reasons: 1) to create subtle texture and movement within the weave; and (more practically) 2) so that your shirts and dresses will be super easy to wash and wear, as they'll be more wrinkle resistant, more durable, and drape a bit heavier when worn. (While the fabric was produced in India, the dresses were all proudly stitched in Kenya by our team.)

This top is so light and easy to wear without being see-through, it’s the ideal weight for spring and summer. It’s perfect with shorts or capri pants, pop on your favourite bangles and you are good to go! On cooler days I wear mine as a vest over a white tee and paired with my girlfriend jeans.

First of all, I love the print and colors (beautiful shades of red, with white and black), of the fabric which is on the soft side. Second, the design of these sleeveless shirts makes them super comfortable to wear. And the fact that they have pockets puts them over the top! I don’t feel comfortable wearing sleeveless garments, but I love these, and this one in particular, as a vest, worn open—it suits my sense of style.

Love how graphic this is and both black and white are crisp and clear - not tan and gray. Nice alone as a sleeveless top and will get worn over long sleeve tops as we tiptoe into fall.

We got this for my husband and I took triangular shaped pieces out each side to make it a more straight up and down shape rather than A line so it fit him better. He likes it!
